History Hopping

We were so lucky during the History Hopping theme to have the Conkle family provide some exciting things for the children. We spent one week talking about the cowboy era and what better way to get really in touch with that than having a horse come by for riding lessons?! Alli Conkle, Preschool 3, asked her mom, Michelle, to bring her very own horse named Cheeto for all the children to get to ride. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better we had Cowboy Mike, Alli Conkle's dad, come by and show the kids how to rope like a real cowboy does. We cannot extend enough thank yous. It was an amazing week for the kids!
