There’s nothing quite like the joy of wheels in motion, and here at AOMM, Bike and Scooter Day brought just that—laughter, excitement, and meaningful learning.
From the moment the children arrived, helmets were on and wheels were ready to roll. Some children zoomed along confidently, while others practiced balancing and steering with encouragement from teachers and friends. It was a great way to build confidence, coordination, and independence.
The day also gave us a chance to focus on bike safety. Before riding, we talked about why helmets are important and practiced simple rules like watching where we’re going, keeping a safe distance, and stopping when asked. These small lessons help children begin to understand how to stay safe while having fun.
Bike and Scooter Day was full of smiles, fresh air, and active play. We’re so proud of our little learners for trying new things and cheering each other on!
