At The Academy of McKay's Mill, we believe in the power of creativity and self-expression, and our "All About Me" take-home project perfectly embodies this spirit. Throughout the month of September, in line with our Frostreet themes, our students take home a person-shaped paper cut-out. It's their canvas to showcase their unique personalities by decorating it with all their favorite things.
From cherished hobbies to beloved books, and even their favorite colors, these personalized creations provide a glimpse into the wonderful world of each child. We're excited to see the masterpieces our young artists create, and we kindly ask students to return their paper cut-outs by Monday, September 11th. Its's a wonderful way for our students to share a piece of themselves and strengthen the bonds of our vibrant school community.
