Fire Truck Fun!

What a wonderful day for a visit from our Franklin Firefighters! Engine 6 came to AoMM this morning for a little fire safety talk. The kids went class by class touring the truck from front to back & inside. They loved it! Afterwards Ms. Jessica & Ms. April tried on the fire suit & walked around school showing off to all the kids. They were so excited & surprised when they saw April & Jessica inside the suit. Did you know those suits weigh 30 lbs & the hat weighs 5 lbs? It's amazing how the firefighters are able to move about so quickly when in their gear!

A huge thank you to the Franklin Fire Dept. The kids had a great time today!
