First we had a lab mix, who was 9 & named Barley, and a 9 week old Boxer named Lucy. These were Cian's pets from Pre-K 3. Cian & his mom shared their pets with the whole school! They were so sweet & great with kids.
Next we had Evey's mom come to share her pet hermit crab. This crab was so pretty! The kids all wanted to touch him, but the hermit crab loves to pinch, so we opted out of that one. :) The kids seemed to really enjoy hearing about its habitat & diet.
Last we had Dixon bring in his pet donkey named Gertrude! She was a hit! Gertrude was amazing with the kids & she will be back for the fall festival on 10/24!
A huge thank you for these parents & grandparents for taking their time to bring in these awesome special guests! Everyone really enjoyed it.
