While doing some reading online about fitness for kids and healthy recipes I came across the idea someone had to do a healthy snack bar for kids. Today we did just that. It was so simple and the kids LOVED it! We got together some healthy snacks, and a couple of sweets for good measure, and the kids were able to fill their snack bags up themselves with whatever they chose. Needless to say everyone had a great time serving themselves and seeing a table full of their favorite goodies!
